Designs by Dolores did a beautiful job on my flower arrangement. When they read that the flowers were for a 99th birthday, they upgraded the "standard" bouquet to a "premium" bouquet. I’m very please and appreciative of the service that was provided. I was well updated and well communicated of any concerns I had. I order a Yellow Lemon Kisses for my mother’s birthday and the flowers were beautiful. I will order again in the future.

I wasn't sure at first of only online purchases but after going to a few flower shops they lacked customer service & delivery punctuality. So, I decided to try out Designs by Dolores. I'm glad I did. She has excellent customer service, explains everything clearly & makes you feel welcomed. Her card pick up & flower delivery was always on time. Her flower options are great. Very good experience over all!
